Good morning. I read your post at Boycott: "And they aren't targetting you specifically for a scan, they are going through ip ranges; Your computer happened to be on when the scan request was sent to your IP. Nothing malicious about it." Awhile back, when PeerGuardian was on my computer, there were as many as 550 blocked attempts in a couple of hours from Disney, Sony, and the FBI in Baltimore. I wasn't using a p2p program. It was unnerving to me. You're saying it was random?
